The Aurora Cooperative’s board of directors is charged with ensuring that the company’s
management team is meeting its mission, and that the needs of the cooperative’s owners
are being met both in the short and long term.

To achieve these goals, the board holds regular monthly meetings. An annual retreat and
strategic planning sessions allow the board and management team to take an in-depth look
